PRESENTATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL THESIS

The DBA is a professional doctorate in management sciences.

The professional thesis, supervised by professors, professional speakers and consultants, is centered on the student’s professional project. The theme of the thesis is constructed as a trajectory between the student’s skills assessment and his or her professional objectives (creation of a company, first job, change of job, promotion.)

The lines of research correspond to the business issues, company issues, and market issues to be taken into account in achieving the professional objective.

PERSONALIZED, SCHEDULED AND INDIVIDUALIZED SUPERVISION

The research supervisors ensure regular follow-up of the students, both in the context of the thesis and in the achievement of their professional objectives. These professors are responsible not only for supervising the methodological and technical aspects of the thesis, but also for advising the doctoral student on the steps and methods for achieving his or her objectives. The main part of the DBA is the preparation and writing of the thesis during individual interviews.

RESEARCH SEMINARS TOWARDS A HIGH LEVEL OF TECHNICAL SKILLS

Methodological and technical seminars allow students to increase their skills and extend their level 7 training to a level 8 training. The seminars are mini-courses given by professionals and professors from higher education. They thus develop knowledge, know-how and behaviour in line with the expectations of companies.
